What is your return and exchange policy?
At Heer Fashion, all orders are processed under B2B (Business-to-Business) terms, including digital fabric printing, job work, and bulk fabric supply. Because most orders are custom printed or made-to-order, we follow a strict return and exchange policy.
1. No Return on Custom Printed Fabric
All digital printing, print-on-demand, and job work orders are made as per client requirements.
Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the fabric has been printed or processed.
2. No Return on Cut / Processed Fabric
Fabric that has been cut, printed, dyed, washed, or processed (including RFD process) cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Return Only for Manufacturing Defect
Return or replacement will only be considered if:
Wrong fabric sent by us
Major printing defect
Damaged fabric received
Quantity mismatch
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos.
4. Color Variation Disclaimer
Due to screen settings, digital printing process, and fabric type,
5-10% color variation is normal and will not be considered a defect.
5. No Cancellation After Production Starts
Once the order is confirmed and production / printing / RFD process has started,
the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
6. Bulk Orders & Job Work Policy
All bulk orders, digital printing job work, and RFD processing orders are final.
We recommend clients approve sample / strike-off / swatch before bulk production.
